In these before and after photos, we see the changes made to our female patient’s breasts. Our 52-year-old patient had breast implants inserted 18 years ago. The former breast augmentation was causing neck pain, back pain, tingling in the fingers, and brain fog. Our corrective procedure removed the breast implants via a surgery that included a capsulectomy and mastopexy.
Results are shown two months post surgery.
A capsulectomy is the surgical removal of abnormally thick, hardened tissue that forms around breast implants. A mastopexy, or breast lift, is an operation where a surgeon repositions your nipple higher on your chest wall.
