68 yr old patient presented for evaluation & consultation for breast implant removal of her 25+ yr old breast implants due to pain and baker grade 4 capsular contracture.  Removal of her 220cc silicone implants with capsulectomy was performed through an inframammary crease incision. Results are noted at 2 months post-op.
