We Have Reopened the Office for Surgery, Injectables, and Spa Treatments
I’m very pleased to announce we have reopened our office, we are seeing patients, and you can now schedule appointments.
Our office is COVID-19 compliant using best practices as defined by:
- CDC
- Northside Hospital
- American College of Surgeons
- American Society of Plastic Surgeons
Daily measures are being taken by our office to assure the safety of our patients and staff. These include:
- Staff temperatures are taken and recorded daily at open and close of business
- Staff will wear masks at all times
- All patient providers wear N95 masks and face shields when appropriate
- Staff wears street clothes into the office each morning and changes to scrubs in office
- Staff changes out of scrubs at the close of business and back into their street clothes
- Patient appointments are staggered to limit unnecessary contact
- Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between patients
- All common areas are sanitized throughout the day
In an effort to serve you in the safest manner possible, please be aware of these important items for patients:
- An E-mail with Patient Portal registration and the My Patient Visit app is sent to patients on the day of booking and night before the scheduled appointment
- Registration on Patient Portal with updated medical history is required by patients
- A download of My Patient Visit app is required by patients
- COVID-19 negative consent form is required
- The My Patient Visit app allows for virtual check-in and your car serves as a waiting room
- Your provider will meet you at suite entry, take your temperature, sanitize your hands, and provide you with a mask
