In Practice & Industry Information

I’m very pleased to announce we have reopened our office, we are seeing patients, and you can now schedule appointments.

Our office is COVID-19 compliant using best practices as defined by:

  • CDC
  • Northside Hospital
  • American College of Surgeons
  • American Society of Plastic Surgeons

Daily measures are being taken by our office to assure the safety of our patients and staff. These include:

  • Staff temperatures are taken and recorded daily at open and close of business
  • Staff will wear masks at all times
  • All patient providers wear N95 masks and face shields when appropriate
  • Staff wears street clothes into the office each morning and changes to scrubs in office
  • Staff changes out of scrubs at the close of business and back into their street clothes
  • Patient appointments are staggered to limit unnecessary contact
  • Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between patients
  • All common areas are sanitized throughout the day

In an effort to serve you in the safest manner possible, please be aware of these important items for patients:

  • An E-mail with Patient Portal registration and the My Patient Visit app is sent to patients on the day of booking and night before the scheduled appointment
  • Registration on Patient Portal with updated medical history is required by patients
  • A download of My Patient Visit app is required by patients
  • COVID-19 negative consent form is required
  • The My Patient Visit app allows for virtual check-in and your car serves as a waiting room
  • Your provider will meet you at suite entry, take your temperature, sanitize your hands, and provide you with a mask

We take the health of our staff and patients seriously and we are taking every measure possible (and more) to keep everyone safe.
