Description

This 37 year old patient had concerns about the signficant loss of volume to the upper breast following prior pregnancy. She had modest asymmetry in volume and soft tissue, and nipple positioning. The patient had a 270cc implant placed in each breast during her breast augmentation surgery under the pectoral muscle through a lower breast crease incision. This surgery resulted in improved symmetry and she was pleased with the post operative appearance and contour.
