Notice of Cancellation Fees for Surgical Appointments
Three-Week Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your surgical procedure within three weeks of your scheduled surgery date, the surgical center reserves the right to retain a portion of the payment made. In addition, the $1,000 deposit for Dr. Rudderman’s surgical fees will be forfeited.
Notice of Cancellation Fees for Consultations, Injectables & Medical Spa Service Appointments
- 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time by calling (678) 566-7200. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee or forfeiture of the $100 deposit.
- No-Show Policy: Patients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a $200 no-show fee and will forfeit their deposit.
We strive to ensure that all patients are seen promptly at their scheduled appointment times with minimal wait. Our cancellation policy has been implemented to help us better accommodate all patients, including those on our waiting list who may benefit from an earlier appointment opportunity.
