Description
This 42 year old patient had significant loss of breast volume following weight change after pregnancy, and had modest asymmetry wit smaller breast on the right and asymmetry of the lower breast creast position. She noted improvement in symmetry produced by a breast augmentation surgery with use of a 286cc silicone gel implant smooth surface placed under the pectoral muscle. The patient was pleased with her improved breast and nipple symmetry.
