Description
Small breast size with mild asymmetry is a common presentation for augmentation, and bra or swimsuit gapping at the top is often a telling symptom of lower-pole volume loss. This 42-year-old, 5’6″ with one previous pregnancy, was a small 34B who noted her bras and swimsuits tended to lift the lower breast and gap at the top; she wanted a moderate to full C cup with greater symmetry. She underwent breast augmentation with 300cc soft-touch, low-plus-profile silicone gel implants using a no-touch insertion technique, placed under the pectoral muscle through a breast crease incision. She was very pleased with the appearance, volume, and improved symmetry for a balanced, natural result.
