This 25-year-old, currently a 32AA, desired fuller, natural-looking breasts in the full B to small C range. She had with mild asymmetry — a smaller right breast and a more prominent left chest wall. She underwent breast augmentation with 250cc soft-touch, low-plus-profile cohesive silicone gel implants, placed under the pectoral muscle through a breast crease incision. This significantly improved her contour and symmetry, including the crease area, and she was very pleased with the natural appearance and outcome.
