Description

This 58-year-old came in to discuss her 23-year-old, 420cc saline implants along with lift options. Exam showed significant asymmetry, a firm right breast consistent with capsular contracture, and significant tissue thinning more pronounced on the right and below the nipple-areolar area bilaterally. Bilateral capsulectomy and implant removal with breast reshaping and lift stabilized the nipple-areolar area and improved volume along the lower breast bilaterally. She was pleased with the outcome.
