This 46-year-old presented for evaluation of 11-year-old breast implants with plans for a lift, wanting her 375cc saline implants removed with capsulectomy. Exam revealed significant asymmetry with capsular contracture greater on the left, scars from a prior lift, and widened, asymmetric nipple-areolar complexes bilaterally, with more prominent lower breast droop on the left. Bilateral implant removal with capsulectomy and breast reshaping lift significantly improved the nipple-areolar complex and lower breast contour, producing a more natural, balanced breast volume and appearance.
