Ongoing health concerns brought this 40-year-old in to discuss her 10-year-old, 400cc silicone implants, along with mastopexy. She had scars from a prior lift, contour asymmetry with a more laterally positioned right breast and a more prominent upper left breast, and widening of the nipple-areolar areas bilaterally. Bilateral implant removal with capsulectomy and breast reshaping lift improved the contour of the nipple-areolar areas, and despite some volume loss, the overall contour showed general improvement toward a more natural breast shape.
