This 40-year-old wanted increased volume but was specifically concerned about nipple-areolar laxity and did not want an enlarged nipple region. She underwent bilateral augmentation with silicone gel implants through a lower breast crease incision, along with a peri-areolar mastopexy to reduce and reposition the nipple-areolar complex. She was very pleased with the resulting size and shape, and returned to her normal activity in 3-4 weeks without complications.
