Breast Lift Case 13

Gender
Female
Age
20 years old

Description

Severe congenital breast asymmetry with a tubular shape can be corrected without added volume when a patient’s goal is a more typical anatomic appearance. This 20-year-old presented with significant asymmetry and misshapen breasts consistent with tubular breast anatomy and did not want an implant. Bilateral mastopexy was performed through an inverted T approach using a modified central mound technique, achieving significant improvement in contour and natural positioning for a more age-appropriate, balanced appearance. She was very pleased with the result and returned to her normal activity in 3-4 weeks without complications.
