Following an earlier breast lift, some patients return specifically to add volume once they’re satisfied with their shape and positioning. This 45-year-old was pleased with her post-lift breast shape and positioning and wanted to add volume, hoping for a natural result with upper breast fullness. Bilateral augmentation was performed with 220cc low-plus-profile silicone implants placed above the muscle through lower breast crease incisions. She was very pleased with her breast volume postoperatively.
