Description

This patient had breast droop that is common following pregnancy and weight changes in many women. She is 45 years old and was most concerned about restoring volume, and less concerned about symmetry. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with a silicone gel implant under the pectoral muscle through a lower breast crease incision. This surgery resulted in quite significant restoration of volume and improved breast symmetry and she was very pleased with the resultingappearance.
