Description

This 30 year old patient presented for breast augmentation. Her exam indicated a lower nipple areolar area on the left. After consultation she decided to undergo breast augmentation alone without addressing the nipple positioning knowing the she would have some asymmetry after surgery. She underwent bilateral augmentation with 375cc silicone gel implants through a breast creast incision with placement under the pectoral muscle. She was pleased with the contour and definately satisfied with her appearance.
