Description

This patient had a B cup with loss of upper breast volume and had trouble finding bras and swimsuits that didn’t look empty at the top, along with modest asymmetry in volume and lower breast crease position. She wanted a modest C cup. She underwent bilateral augmentation with a 304cc silicone gel implant placed under the pectoral muscle through the lower breast crease incision. She was very happy with the improved contour, especially in the mid-to-upper breast, and the resulting C cup appearance.
