This 27-year-old, a long-distance runner at 5’2″ with stable weight, had always had low breast volume with mild asymmetry and wide natural cleavage, and was primarily concerned with improving body balance. She underwent augmentation with a smooth silicone gel implant placed under the pectoral muscle through the breast crease, significantly increasing lower breast volume. She was very pleased with the improved contour, volume, and overall body balance.
