Volume loss in the upper breast after pregnancy often shows up first as gapping in bras and swimsuits. This 37-year-old, with one prior pregnancy, had lost upper breast volume and noticed this gapping, along with mild asymmetry and somewhat centrally positioned nipple-areolar complexes; she wanted a full B cup proportional to her frame and age. She underwent bilateral augmentation with 286cc silicone gel implants placed under the pectoral muscle through an inframammary crease incision. She was very pleased with the resulting volume, contour, and natural balance.
