This 50-year-old, a lifelong 32A with no prior pregnancies, wanted a natural look appropriate for her frame and age, in the moderate to full B cup range. She had mild asymmetry with greater volume on the left and some difference in nipple-areolar positioning. She underwent breast augmentation with 234cc smooth-surface silicone gel implants placed under the pectoral muscle through an inframammary crease incision. She was very pleased with the postoperative results.
