Description
Congenital tubular breast shape with asymmetry can often be corrected without implants when the surgical goal is reshaping rather than added volume. This 18-year-old presented for evaluation of tubular breasts with modest asymmetry and specifically wanted improvement without implants. Bilateral mastopexy was performed through an inverted T approach using a modified central mound technique, achieving a more balanced, natural anatomic contour. She was very pleased with the more age-appropriate, natural appearance and returned to her normal activity in 3-4 weeks without complications.
