This patient presented with breast asymmetry consistent with bilateral Grade IV capsular contracture, the most severe grade, marked by firmness and visible distortion. A total capsulectomy and breast implant exchange were performed to address the contracture and correct the asymmetry. She was pleased with the natural result following surgery.
