Description
This patient had lived with disproportionate fullness in her lower torso since her teenage years, despite significant routine exercise and a stable weight; she felt she looked much larger from behind. She underwent liposuction of the abdomen, anterior and medial thighs in front, and hips (flanks), lateral thighs (outer thighs), and buttock (gluteal) crease in back. She felt the outcome significantly balanced her upper torso with her lower body frame, and was much more comfortable in and out of clothing with her new, balanced appearance.
