This 41-year-old had always struggled with fullness in her hips and lateral thighs, which became more noticeable after pregnancy. She underwent liposuction of her hips (flanks), lateral thighs, and inner knees. Even with some residual skin and soft tissue laxity, she was very pleased with the change in shape, which changed the way she could wear pants and clothing that matched her torso.
