Description
This 59-year-old had excess volume in the pubic region along with skin laxity across the lower and mid-abdomen, and felt asymmetric results from an earlier liposuction elsewhere had left the area uneven. She underwent a monsplasty combined with liposuction of the mons pubis to reduce volume, tighten skin laxity, and restore better symmetry with her abdominal contour. She returned to her normal activity in 3-4 weeks without complications.
