Description

This 39 year old patient had significant breast volume loss with weight change and following pregancy. She had moderate volume asymmetry but was most concerned about volume restoration. She underwent breast augmentation with placement of 400 cc implants through a lower breast creast incision under the pectoral muscle. Her symmetry improved and she increased fron a small B to a modest D cup in volume that she felt appropriately matched and balanced out her frame, and was pleased with the appearance and outcome.
