Description
This 40-year-old, mother of two grown children, was a 34AA who had never been much larger but felt she lost “all of my volume” after having children, and wanted a feminine appearance balanced and appropriate for her age and frame. She underwent bilateral augmentation with 300cc implants placed under the muscle through a lower breast crease incision. She felt this achieved her goal and is extremely pleased with the result.
