This 27-year-old, 5’2″ with one child and a consistent running routine, had modest breast volume and nipple-areolar asymmetry and wanted to go from a 32B to a moderate-to-full 32C. She underwent bilateral augmentation with smooth-surface silicone gel implants placed under the pectoral muscle through a breast crease incision. She achieved both the volume and appearance she wanted.
