Description

This 29-year-old, a 36A with two children, presented with minimal breast volume and moderate asymmetry — smaller volume on the right and nipple-areolar asymmetry that became more noticeable after pregnancy. She understood some residual nipple asymmetry would remain with augmentation alone and was primarily focused on volume replacement. She underwent augmentation with a 339cc smooth-surface silicone gel implant placed under the pectoral muscle through a breast crease incision. She was very pleased with the result and volume achieved.
