These before-and-after photos show a small breast (mammary hypoplasia) and mild asymmetry. The patient desired larger breasts that are appropriate for her frame, with a natural shape. The patient underwent breast augmentation through an inframammary incision (in the breast crease) and subpectoral (under the muscle ) with a smooth surface silicone gel 330 moderate profile implant.

The patient is very pleased with her augmentation.
