Description

This 56-year-old had moderate natural tissue asymmetry and good nipple-areolar positioning going into evaluation of her 10-year-old saline implants. Implant removal with en bloc capsulectomy was performed through an inframammary incision; the original 325cc saline implants showed no capsular contracture or other intraoperative findings. She had some resulting volume asymmetry but was pleased with the outcome.
