Description

This 43-year-old, with 6-year-old implants and modest breast volume bilaterally, wanted removal only, without a lift. Bilateral implant removal and capsulectomy were performed through a lower breast crease incision. The result was improved nipple-areolar position, less visible superficial veins, and the expected volume loss without significant additional droop; results shown are at 1 year post-op, and she was pleased with the natural appearance.
