Description
This 60-year-old presented for evaluation of 24-year-old breast implants, with significant asymmetry — a droopier breast on the left, asymmetric and widened nipple-areolar positioning, and significant tissue thinning below the nipple bilaterally. Surgical plans included a breast lift; her 350cc saline implants were removed with capsulectomy through an inframammary crease incision, combined with a breast lift using an inverted T approach. The reshaping lift improved nipple-areolar positioning and lower breast margin contour, producing a natural, smaller breast shape and appearance.
