Description
Bilateral mastopexy without implants suits patients who want to keep their existing volume but correct droop and asymmetry. This patient presented with concerns about breast droop and a clear goal: improve position and shape while preserving her current volume. Surgery was performed through an inverted T approach — incisions around the areola, vertical from the areola to the breast crease, and under the breast — using a central mound technique. She achieved significant lift with a more youthful, balanced appearance, was pleased with the outcome, and returned to her normal activity in 3-4 weeks without complications.
