This 22-year-old had a 32B that hadn’t changed since puberty and had wanted a fuller breast size for years to improve body balance, aiming for a moderate to full C. She underwent bilateral augmentation with 339cc smooth-surface silicone implants placed under the pectoral muscle through a lower breast crease incision. This successfully achieved the appearance, volume, and change in proportion she had wanted.
