Description
This 36-year-old, 5’4″ with three children, had a 34B with mild asymmetry and felt she’d lost most of her volume after pregnancies; she wanted a modest to full C cup with improved upper breast volume. She underwent bilateral augmentation with a 265cc gel implant placed through the breast crease and under the pectoral muscle.
