Breast tenderness and general health issues brought this 30-year-old in after 8 years with her implants, with significant upper breast volume following augmentation and stretch along the lower breast fold. She began to develop fatigue and joint issue, and general body aches and was concerned that the symptoms may be ralated to Breast Implant Illness (BII). Her 400cc silicone gel implants were removed with capsulectomy through an inframammary incision, resulting in the anticipated volume reduction, a change in breast droop, and a more natural appearance and contour.
