This 40-year-old presented with significant breast droop following augmentation, along with lateral nipple-areolar positioning and significant widening, and wanted her 6-year-old, 350cc silicone implants removed along with a lift. Bilateral implant removal, capsulectomy, and an inverted T mastopexy were performed through an inframammary crease incision, significantly improving nipple-areolar positioning and contour and producing dramatically less droop and a more balanced, natural appearance.
