Health concerns tied to older implants brought this 51-year-old in for evaluation of her 20-year-old, 350cc saline implants; she wanted removal to support her overall wellness and restore a more natural contour. She had minimal breast asymmetry and good volume distribution over the implants, with mild thinning at the left nipple area. Removal and capsulectomy were performed through a lower breast crease incision, and the outcome was general conservation of symmetry, with some droop related to volume loss most visible in the upper breast bilaterally. She was pleased with her postoperative appearance and decision.
