Description
Right-sided deflation in a saline implant patient typically points to implant rupture, and often prompts a switch to silicone gel on revision. This 37-year-old had lost breast volume, developed asymmetry, and noticed deflation of the right breast. Her 240cc saline implants were replaced with silicone gel implants in the 300–400cc range to restore volume, improve symmetry, and achieve a more balanced appearance. She achieved the look she wanted and was very pleased with the natural, soft result.
