Description

This 41-year-old patient sought consultation for long-standing concerns related to large breasts, breast asymmetry, sagging breasts (ptosis), nipple areolar appearance, and breast shape. Her goals included achieving a smaller, more balanced breast appearance, reducing drooping, and replacing her saline implants with silicone gel implants. She was found to have very thin breast tissue along the lower margin of each breast. A breast implant exchange, pocket modification, and breast lift (mastopexy) were performed to improve breast contour, symmetry, and overall proportion. Patient is very pleased with results.
