Description

This 40-year-old sought consultation for uneven breasts, breast asymmetry, left breast hardening, and implant-related changes. Evaluation revealed visible and palpable implants with capsular contracture — Grade II on the right, Grade IV on the left — causing distortion and asymmetry. A customized revision was performed, including bilateral implant removal, capsulectomy, capsulorrhaphy, subpectoral silicone implant placement, and bilateral periareolar mastopexy, with the goal of addressing the contracture, restoring symmetry, and refining breast appearance for a more natural result.
