Capsular Contracture Case 4

Gender
Female
Age
49 years old

Description

This patient wanted smaller, more symmetric breasts, smaller areolas, an implant exchange, and less droop, along with concern about bilateral hardness. Exam showed low nipple-areolar positioning, breast asymmetry, and significant thinning of breast tissue below the nipple-areolar area. She underwent bilateral implant removal with capsulectomy, along with a breast lift and re-augmentation using silicone gel implants. Surgery resulted in improved appearance and soft breasts, and she was pleased with the outcome.
