These before-and-after photos show a patient who sought consultation for tubular (tuberous) congenital breasts and breast asymmetry, with evaluation revealing significant differences in nipple-areolar contour and position, breast volume, and inframammary crease shape. A mastopexy using an inverted-T approach was performed to improve breast shape, symmetry, and overall contour. Results shown are from her 5-month postoperative appointment.
