Description
Tubular breast variants often involve differences beyond volume alone — nipple-areolar position, contour, and inframammary fold placement can all be asymmetric. This 25-year-old presented with a tubular breast congenital variant and significant breast and chest wall asymmetry affecting all of these areas. An inverted-T mastopexy was performed to improve breast shape, symmetry, and overall contour. She returned to her normal activity in 3-4 weeks without complications.
