Pain, firmness, and general health concerns brought this 39-year-old in regarding her 8-year-old, 375cc silicone implants. Exam showed significant thinning of natural breast tissue in the upper region and centrally behind the nipple-areolar area. Bilateral removal and capsulectomy through a lower breast crease incision resulted in significant volume loss, particularly in the upper and mid breast bilaterally, and she was pleased with the appearance and outcome.
