Description

This 34-year-old sought consultation for breast asymmetry, ptosis, capsular contracture, and shape changes following prior augmentation — a larger, more sagging right breast, and a left breast with Grade II/III capsular contracture causing firmness and asymmetry. A customized revision was performed, including bilateral augmentation with silicone implants, capsulotomy and capsulorrhaphy to address the contracture, and bilateral periareolar mastopexy. The goals were to improve symmetry, reduce breast size, lift sagging tissue, refine contour, and improve prior scarring.
