What to Expect During Treatment

Dermal fillers are a quick, convenient way to restore a more youthful appearance. Most treatments can be completed in just 60 minutes with no recovery or downtime. Your experience begins with a consultation, where our experienced team will evaluate your concerns and facial anatomy to recommend the best filler (or combination of fillers) for achieving your goals. 

Once your treatment plan has been created, the injection process can begin. Our providers may begin by applying ice or a topical numbing cream for a comfortable experience, but some fillers are formulated with lidocaine to minimize pain or discomfort. Your provider will strategically inject a small amount of filler into targeted areas using an ultra-fine needle, adjusting as needed to ensure the best result. The treated areas may be massaged to disperse the filler beneath the skin, and afterward, you’ll be able to return home and immediately resume your normal routine. 

Dermal Filler Results

After your treatment, you may experience mild swelling, bruising or redness at the injection sites, but these effects typically resolve within a few days. For best results, we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, alcohol and direct sun exposure for at least 24-48 hours.
