38 yr old patient presented for evaluation & consultation for breast implant removal of her 15 yr old breast implants due to pain and overall health concerns. Removal of her 400cc saline implants with capsulectomy was performed through an inframammary crease incision. Results are noted at 5 weeks post-op.
