57 yr old patient presented for evaluation & consultation for breast implant removal of 9 yr old breast implants with breast lift (mastopexy). Removal of her 400cc & 450cc silicone implants with capsulectomy was performed through an inframammary crease incision. A Breast Lift with an Inverted T approach was also performed. Results are noted at 1 year post-op.
